A perpetual license means you pay once and own the right to use that version of the software forever. There is no expiration date and no recurring fee. Even if you never upgrade to a newer major version, the version you purchased will continue to work.
The monthly payment plan lets you spread the full license cost over several months. You get immediate access to the plugin when you start paying. Once all installments are complete, you own the perpetual license outright. There is no interest and no additional cost compared to paying upfront.
All updates within a major version are included. For example, if you purchase version 1.0, you will receive every update from 1.1 through 1.x at no charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., from version 1 to version 2) are optional and offered at a discounted upgrade price for existing customers.
