1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TRYKZ Audio website, purchasing our products, or downloading our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

TRYKZ Audio develops and distributes professional audio processing plugins for digital audio workstations. Our services include the sale and delivery of software products, license management, customer support, and access to educational content through our website. All plugins are provided as downloadable software in VST3, AU, and AAX formats for macOS and Windows operating systems.

3. User Accounts

To purchase and activate TRYKZ Audio products, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. TRYKZ Audio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that show signs of unauthorized access.

4. Licensing

TRYKZ Audio plugins are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software according to the license type selected at the time of purchase. Personal licenses permit use on up to two computers owned by the license holder. Studio and commercial licenses may be used across multiple workstations within a single studio or organization, as defined by the specific license agreement. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of TRYKZ Audio software is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All TRYKZ Audio software, including source code, algorithms, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of TRYKZ Audio. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any TRYKZ Audio product. Any music, audio content, or creative works you produce using TRYKZ Audio plugins remain entirely your own property.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through our authorized payment providers. For subscription-based products, recurring charges will be billed at the interval specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available. TRYKZ Audio reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though existing licenses will not be affected by price changes.

7. Refund Policy

TRYKZ Audio offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@trykzaudio.com with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to process. Products that have been activated on more than one computer may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to review product specifications and system requirements before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TRYKZ Audio software is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver reliable, high-quality products, we do not guarantee that our software will be free from errors, interruptions, or compatibility issues with all hardware and software configurations. TRYKZ Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Termination

TRYKZ Audio may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent our licensing system. Upon termination, your license to use TRYKZ Audio software will be revoked, and you must delete all copies of our software from your systems. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TRYKZ Audio operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
